Illumination Studios recently recreated Dr. Seuss’ “The Grinch,” making it unique, but still keeping the original feel.

“The Grinch” follows the Grinch and his dog Max, during their journey of attempting to steal Christmas.

The Grinch is mean, heartless, tall ,and green. He has a big plan to steal Christmas from The Who’s of Whoville.

The Grinch was a heartwarming, humorous movie. This movie was family friendly and could make anyone laugh one minute and bring them to tears the next.

Cindy Lou was an eight year old trying to catch Santa. When she was creating all of her traps to catch Santa, she had all of her friends by her side. On Christmas Eve, Cindy was sleeping and little did she know the Grinch was going to swoop and not give, but steal her presents.

Even though the Grinch was mean, Cindy tried to find the good in him. She thought that he could change and he could be a good.

Cindy said a few words to the Grinch and he was on his way. Later the next day the Grinch saw that what he did didn’t phase the people and they still sang Christmas music. That brought love to the grinch’s heart and he and max went speeding to the people of Who Ville.

After the Grinch admitted what he did went home later that day Cindy went up to the cave and invited the Grinch to dinner. This made the Grinch happy and so he went to dinner and from there on out the Grinch was happy.

I think this movie was very good. I think they put in a lot of good details, like more characters and the design put into the town was very detailed. That made the movie so much better and more entertaining. They brought in a character named Fred who was a reindeer and just by doing that it made the movie better because it brought a lot of humor.

I 100% recommend this movie, not only for little kids, but for all ages. I think it’s enjoyable for anyone.
