With graduation inching closer and closer for seniors, everyone is eager to know what were their favorite parts from the 2018-2019 school year.

From favorite extracurricular activities to favorite memories of the 2018/2019 school year, many seniors were very eager to share their favorite experiences here at New Prairie.

The top three favorite extracurriculars the seniors enjoyed most over the four years at New Prairie were HOSA, swimming, and choir. Cholé Stantz and Tyler Bowen both said that their favorite extracurricular activity was HOSA.

Guadalupe Felix-Vega said that her favorite extracurricular activity was choir. Morgan Faulkenburg and Katie Masterson also said that their favorite extracurricular activity was choir.

Swimming was also a favorite extracurricular activity for the seniors. Seniors Conner Snyder, Claudia Bisping, Caroline Foster, and Amber NeuHold all enjoyed participating in swimming this school year.

Out of all the submissions we have received choir, swimming, and HOSA have been the in the top spots in extracurricular activities.

Band and choir concerts have caused many seniors to express different emotions. Those emotions arrange from being very happy to almost crying that they are going to have to leave this school.

Caroline Foster said that the fall sampler was her favorite band and choir concert this year. The spring show was also a senior favorite.

Michael Adams said that the spring show was his favorite band and choir show. Lily Carmel also said that her favorite was the spring show. These were the seniors favorite band and choir concerts.

The best part about high school is making memories which are going to last a lifetime. Many other memories were created in the four years the seniors were here at New Prairie.

Abbey Siford said that her favorite memory being at NPHS was “getting to be around the people I grew up.”

Many seniors favorite memories happened during certain clubs. Sam Leiter said that her favorite memory of New Prairie was “doing the mural”.

Alexa Zeese’s favorite memory was “When the robotics team won districts and made it to state.”

Football games were also some seniors favorite memories.

When asked, Elizabeth Wilkinson said that her favorite memory was “Football games. All of them were fun.”

Nick Ryan had a favorite memory to add. Nick said that his favorite memory here at New Prairie was “Spending time with friends at all of the home sporting events.”

From football games to the bus rides homes from those games to participating in different extracurricular activities the seniors have accomplished great goals and made a lot of accomplishments. They had lots of fun here during these four years and everyone so sad to see them go.
