The bookstore is here! It is located in the front entrance of the school. This is

where you can get all your cougar gear. Athletic director, Ben Bachmann, created all the designs and has been hard at work to complete it, now it’s here. Visit the athletic office to purchase your cougar gear.

New Prairie opens door for renovations

By Emily Paul

The night of the open house, students, parents, and community members  will fill newly renovated hallways, classrooms and facilities. The open house is an opportunity to see what the construction has done for the school, finally fulfilling three years of anticipation. Most parents don’t have a way to come see the new school, especially with new security measures and such. The tax money that has been spent on construction seemed to be millennia ago, but the time of achieving completion is almost near. Wednesday, March 18 from 5-7PM is when the open house is open.

“The open house is an opportunity for members of the community to see all of the wonderful things we have done to the high school. We basically get to show off the new and improved school.” Tim Scott, New Prairie High School asst. principal, stated. Scott explained of how it is an opportunity for the community to see how the home of the Cougars has grown.
